The first "zero subsidy" normalized China-Europe Railway Express was launched on May 26, 2021, and response to the market-oriented operation of China-Europe Railway Express policy.

This "Baoding-Moscow-Minsk" China-Europe Railway Express started from Baoding, left Erlianhaote Port and arrived in Minsk though Moscow. There are 50 containers in the train, carrying 712.5 tons of bags, bicycles, auto parts, furniture, medical equipment, and other commodities, with a value of 26.748 million yuan. Railway transportation saves a month compared with sea transportation in terms of time cost, and makes great contribution to ease the pressure of sea transportation and save transportation cost.

Baoding Customs, which belongs to Shijiazhuang Customs, strengthened the interpretation of policies related to the development of China-Europe Railway Express, customized personalized customs clearance modes, and established contact and cooperation mechanisms with port customs to ensure the improvement of customs clearance efficiency of China-Europe Railway Express.
