On August 17th, after the opening of the 2023 (China) Eurasian Commodity Trade Expo, the 2023 Silk Road Industrial and Commercial Development Symposium with the theme of "New Era, New Opportunities, and New Cooperation" was held in Urumqi. Qiu Xiaoping, Vice Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Ilizati Aihemaitijiang, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department of the Autonomous Region, attended the meeting and deliver speeches.
