On the afternoon of September 6th, 2020, the cooperation agreement was signed between Mr. Chu Xuan, chairman of Taitong International Transport Co., Ltd. and Ms. Tran My Yen, representative of Minh Khai Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd. in the exhibition area of "Coordinated Development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei" at the Service and Trade Fair at the witness of Tran Thanh Hai, counselor of Vietnamese Embassy in China. The two sides expressed full confidence in future cooperation and looked forward to early fruitful results of their cooperation.

At the signing ceremony, Zhang Feng, director of Hebei department of commerce, Chen Yanbao, deputy director of Hebei department of commerce and Qiao Xiaolin, deputy director of Hebei provincial development and reform commission had an in-depth exchange of views with counselor Tran Thanh Hai. Director Zhang introduced the development of economy and trade in Hebei province in detail and supported powerful enterprises in Hebei province to go out and set up factories in Vietnam to realize economic and trade cooperation and promote the rapid economic development of the two places. Counselor Tran Thanh Hai hoped that in the near future more and more Chinese and Vietnamese enterprises will realize good cooperation.

After the signing ceremony, Mr. Chu Xuan, chairman of Taitong International Transportation Co., Ltd. had a cordial talk with Tran Thanh Hai, counselor of Vietnamese Embassy in China. Chairman Chu Xuan introduced the huge cooperation potential and broad consumer market of the two sides, especially the great consumer demand for Vietnamese fruits and seafood products. In view of the fact that fruits and seafood are not easy to be preserved, Chu Xuan said that he was the president of "Belt and Road Initiative" international trade promotion association in Baoding city. The association is home to hundreds of strong private enterprises, which can provide refrigerating and fresh-keeping technique and prevent fruit and seafood from decaying. Counselor Tran Thanh Hai said that he fully agreed with chairman Chu Xuan's idea and hoped to realize complementary cooperation in the future with China providing capital and technology and Vietnam providing manpower and resources.

The contract signing with Vietnamese Minh Khai Company helped Tai Tong International launch an international freight corridor linking ASEAN for import and export enterprises in Baoding and even Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area. Supported by the big data application platform under construction, Tai Tong International will provide customers with one-stop and whole-chain services such as transportation, customs clearance, credit guarantee and finance, which will definitely promote easy access of products and services from enterprises in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area to ASEAN countries and further expand new business in more countries along Belt and Road Initiative.
