Since the trial operation of China and ASEAN international freight trains of Beijing-Tianjin-Baoding international smart port, the freight trains have been cared and supported by many parties. Hebei provincial government and Baoding municipal government will further implement development strategy along the national development strategy, broaden new trade channels between Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and ASEAN and promote in-depth cooperation between Taitong international and Vietnamese companies. On August 26th, 2020, delegates led by Zhou Linwei, deputy secretary-general of Baoding municipal government took part in “border meeting” (meeting at the bridge dividing China and Vietnam) and other participants included leaders from Lao Cai government, Vietnam consulate in Kunming and Minh Khai import and export stock company. Leaders from Honghe area of China (Yunnan) Pilot Free Trade Zone, Hekou county, foreign Affairs Office of Hebei Province, Baoding municipal government and Lianchi district government and Chu Xuan, Chairman of Taitong International, attended the meeting.

On August 20th, 2020, "China-ASEAN international multimodal transport freight trains in trial started to run by both North China Petroleum Administration Branch and Taitong International Transport Co., Ltd. with the support of Baoding municipal and Lianchi district government, Beijing bureau of China railway group and Beijing Baoding sales department of Beijing cargo center. The freight train in trial covered 35 containers, Shipped goods mainly included Baoding local furniture hardware, steel, rice, flour, shoes, hats, luggage, bed sheets, quilt cover, cotton yarn and window screenings. The freight train was loaded from Beijing-Tianjin-Baoding international smart port and run to Kunming in Yunnan province. Then the goods passed customs from Hekou and was transported to Vietnam through railway and highway about 5000 kilometers in length. The international freight train has launched an international freight channel connecting import and export enterprises in Baoding and even Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area with ASEAN. With the help of big data application platform, we will provide customers with transport, customs clearance, credit guarantee, finance and other one-stop and whole-chain services.

On August 8th, 2020, the 53rd anniversary celebration of ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) was held. Taitong International Transportation Co., Ltd. was invited as a special guest to attend the meeting and make a speech. Nguyen Trung Hieu, consul general of general consulate of Vietnam (ASEAN's rotating presidency in 2020) to Kunming presided over the meeting. He pointed out that in order to take concrete actions to help ASEAN economic development in China, Chu Xuan, chairman of Taitong international transportation company, was invited to introduce two cooperative projects to consul generals of general consulates of ASEAN to Kunming. Nguyen Trung Hieu believed that the projects would be supported and assisted by consul generals of general consulates of ASEAN to Kunming, hoping the two cooperative projects would be implemented at an early date. The projects would contribute to the future development of China, exchanges of business, investment and tourism between Yunnan, Hebei and ASEAN countries as well as speeding up the economic recovery in the region after the outbreak of the pandemics".

On July 21st, 2020, Li Guoyong, member of the standing committee of the municipal party committee and executive vice mayor, visited Taitong International Transportation Co., Ltd. for research and guidance, accompanied by Zhou Linwei, deputy secretary general of the municipal government and leaders from related municipal and district departments. The research group inspected the site of Beijing Tianjin Baoding International Smart Port and CEO of Taitong International Transportation Co., Ltd. reported in detail the operation of the enterprise, the big data platform and the construction progress of the smart port. Members from Taitong International made speeches according to mayor Li's inquiry and their own working functions.

July 1th, 2020 marked the the ninety-ninth anniversary of founding of the Party, Guo Jianying, mayor of Baoding, Wang Baohui, the municipal government, secretary-general of municipal government and leaders from dual creation and services, customs and taxation in Baoding city and Lianchi district government conducted research in Tai Tong International Transportation Co., Ltd., and offered guidance for the construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Baoding international smart port.

On June 29th, 2020, Chu Xuan, chairman of Taitong International Transport Co., Ltd. and his delegates went to visit Consul-General Nguyen Trong Hyo and Commercial Consul Du Kwok Heung in the Consulate General of Vietnam in Kunming. Consul General Nguyen Trong Hyo welcomed Chairman Chu Xuan and his delegates and the two sides conducted in-depth exchange of views on the opening of China-ASEAN international multimodal transport freight trains.

On the afternoon of June 10th, Dong Mingdi, secretary of Lianchi district party committee and Du Yingkun, secretary of Hekou County Party Committe in Yunnan visited Shenzhen park zone and discussed the cooperation between Tai Tong International Transportation Co., Ltd. and Honghe management committee of Yunnan Free Trade Zone and held a signing ceremony. Zhao Wanli, member of standing committee of district party committee, and Zhao Jianjun, deputy secretary of Lianchi district government, also visited the park zone.

In order to respond to and implement the national policy of "Belt And Road Initiative", promote the economic growth of Xiong’an New Area and explore new ways of domestic and foreign business trade, Chu Xuan, chairman of Taitong International, and other delegates went to Yunnan Pilot Free Trade Zone for business trip and research.

On August 5th, 2020, Wang Weibing, vice director of Shijiazhuang customs, and Xu Guodong, director of port supervision department visited Taitong International Transportation Co., Ltd. and guided the construction of the customs supervision site at Beijing-Tianjin-Baoding International Smart Port. Ni Beiguang, director of Baoding Customs, Huang Rui, deputy director, Wang Jianhua, chief of inspection section and other leaders also visited the port.

On the morning of December 20, 2019, the "dispatching conference of cultivating international routes in Huanghua Port" organized by the Hebei Port Office was held in Bohai New Area. The meeting was presided over by Qiao Xiaolin, deputy director of Hebei Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the second level inspector.
