On May 22, 2017, Beijing Railway Administration Beijing Freight Transportation Center, Kashgar delegation and Taitong International Transportation Co., Ltd. held talks on the details of the opening of the Central Asia multimodal transport international train "Baoding -Kashgar -Central Asia ". The Kashgar delegation introduced the overall situation of Kashgar to the participants, and hoped that Beijing Railway Administration would send representatives to Kashgar for docking work, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the Central Asia train. Beijing Railway Administration said that the operation of Central Asia train will meet the diversified market demand, generate revenue for the railway, contribute to the national economic development, and give strong support to the operation of Central Asia train.

On June 16, the first "Baoding -Kashgar -Central Asia / South Asia multimodal transport international train" opened in "Beijing-Tianjin-Baoding rail transport international logistics park" in Lianchi district. This is the international class that leads to the "belt and road" country after the opening of Belarus to Baoding international train last year. The opening ceremony was held at the same time! The train starts from Baoding, passes through Kashgar, and finally arrives in Central Asia / South Asia countries, radiating 14 railway stations in 6 countries in Asia, which is expected to take 15-18 days.

With 40 containers and more than 1000 tons of household goods, agricultural machinery parts, textiles and other goods, the liner set out from Baoding, Hebei Province on the 16th of this month and arrived in Xinjiang westward along the Beijing -Guangzhou- Longhai Railway for the first time, and finally arrived in Central Asia / South Asia countries through Kashgar. After the completion of the reshipment in Kashgar, the train will be transported to 14 railway stations in five Central Asian countries and six countries such as Bastan by automobile, with the longest running time of 18 days. It is expected that the train will run normally every day next month.

In the morning of July 4, accompanied by Su Wantong, Secretary of Linzhang county Party committee and other major leaders, Gao Hongzhi, Secretary of Handan Municipal Party committee, led the four leading groups of Handan city to visit Yecheng Industrial Park in Linzhang County, and visited the "production project of logistics special equipment" of Taitong International Transport Co., Ltd.

To actively respond to the national "Belt and Road" initiative, hold the opportunities for coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, accelerate the development of Baoding export-oriented economy, and promote the transformation and upgrading of trade logistics industry and foreign cooperation. On September 22, 2017, Hebei Modern Logistics Association held the "Second Session of the Second Council Meeting" in Shijiazhuang.
